Pokémon Smile

This app is great for people who struggle with dental care because of ADHD. One small request: could you add a feature to help with flossing/using toothpicks? That would make the app absolutely perfect.

Door deze geweldige app heb je vast meer zin om je tanden te poetsen! Ik bedoel… het werkt bij mij… het is ook nog best uitdagend om sommige Pokemon schoon te poetsen! En het is cool dat je kan zien wat je allemaal hebt schoongemaakt van sta vieze Gore tandplak! Kort gezegd is het een leuke app om je te motiveren over dagelijkse taken en veel plezier pokepoetsers!

My kids (3 and 5 yo) love this app and are excited to brush their teeth.
Please add more pokemon! There are a lot (350) and that’s brilliant, but my son has finished the second pokedex and now there are no more pokemon. I would gladly pay money for a DLC adding another region/pokedex.

I love this its really good for children because of the way they make it fun and theres no pay able stuff in the game and also no ads this makes me brush my teeth 4x a day

It pains me to not give this app a 5-star rating. The idea is amazing, not only is it fun for kids but it also motivates adults with depression/mental health issues to take care of their dental hygiene structurally.
The “game” itself is great, the art-style is cute, the hats & photo’s are a nice little touch and the brushing guide has definitely made my teeth feel cleaner than they ever did before using the app.
The (Important) downsides:
- Electric Toothbrushes are not supported. (It’s been proven that electric toothbrushes are more effective, I would’ve loved to see support & motivation to switch.)
- There is no way to mute the music/sfx. (As someone who likes to listen to music in the bathroom this is really, really annoying. This kept me from rating 5/5)
- Missed marketing & expansion opportunities. (It’s clearly marketed for kids which most definitely does not need to be the sole target audience, there is also loads of room for expansion & improving the experience. The app feels very limited relative to the potential of this concept.)

Pls make an electric brush setting,
In the game you have to scrub hard to get like a Pokémon
But I have an electric brush and it’s bad if I scrub it like to the left and right really fast.
If u have an electric brush you need to brush tooth per tooth.
So pls make a setting to electric brush.
I really love the app!

the fact the app was made to teach children how to brush their teeth, but subconsciously helped depressed people to brush them too is awesome

I really like this game i have brushed my teeth for 1 week twice a day and they are white, but please add more regions, brushing your tongue and some spit-time

First I hated brushing my teeth and I had yellow thee the now I love brushing my theeth and there white

I really loved us I already hatched I think 13 Pokémon but I think it’s more fun if you add other apps that are Pokémon smile but with the other Pokémon like outer regions

I have a bad habit of not brushing my teeth very often and Pokemon smile makes me look forward to catching new Pokémon, thank you for this great app! I also love how it gives you notifications!

Het is erg leuk bedacht en leuker om je tanden te poetsen, maar het is heel moeilijk een Pokémon te vangen ik heb er nog maar 1

Ik poetste mijn tanden niet goed dankzij Pokemon smile wel en ook twee keer per dag.

The first time i did see a pokemon but DiDint catch it and the times after it said you didn’t brush good enough or something but the time after i tried even harder and it still said that and tonight i trien EVEN harder but nothing please fix this (or i cant brush)

I think the concept of the game is really fun but the first time I did this I did the game for a minute. And the second time for two minutes. But each time the pokemon keeps purple and I can’t catch it. But I try really hard to brush my teeth good. How do I do it better?

The app is a great idea, although it does have one major flaw. The app registers constant motion/movements what does happen with a normal toothbrush, but unfortunately this does not happen with a electric toothbrush.

Ik poetste nooit mijn tanden. Dank zij pokemon nu wel. Moet wel nog tandpasta aanschaffen
