used to play this so much but havent been online in a time & now they deleted my accounts..
weird that i have to play this so much otherwise it will get deleted

Avatars look good but too much asking money for everything, and rooms are dead… imvu needs more users to stay alive (NOT BOTS ASKING FOR MONEY) Oh and after years the music still doesn’t work.

Heyy okay so the game is very fun and social but why can we only have one acc cause my old account is the same apple id as this one cane u make that when u like remove the game from ur phone and u download it again u have a different account

Bad customer service, after investing more as $1000 in an account they just delete ur account. Customer service lack intelligence and don’t care at all. RIP IMVU

There is a high abundance of pedophiles and groomers! Children are likely going to end up befriending people who are getting them into sexual texting! There is a lot of mature content even on the underaged servers!
The company seems to only care about money and deletes accounts for no reason what so ever. Reporting users for pedophilia, grooming and stalking with years of evidence wont get you anywhere. Customer service will always say “We are working on it” but never do anything about it.
Company scams users of their money. Like mentioned before they will delete your account for no reason without a warning. Trying to contact them will be pointless and the only reply you get is “We can’t do anything and cant disclose the reason why you got disabled”
Please do NOT trust this company!

I love this game. The avatars are super pretty you can dress them like u want, however the prices of clothing etc are expensive af and you dont get easily money. :( thats a bummer..

i love the game on its own but the guy on here are a bit weird and pervy and even if ur underage they still ask you weird stuff

That moment when your account gets restricted and you have to verify the location where you made the account. Super weird since I told customer service my exact location which wasn't correct while I don't use vpn ofc. Made a test account and asked the customer service if it is the correct location this time to see if there is something wrong with their system. And yes ofcourse it's still not the correct location again, even tho you made a new account, weird isn't it? They being cocky asf not helping you eventho you answer the other question correctly. Soo bad when you invest alot of money into a game and they just want the account to be gone:) my advise for everyone please don't invest money in this game.

Phone users can see pc users move around but pc users don’t see phone users move around at all. Fix this problem please.
