Bought a new online chart. Unable to start up “my charts” menu to download it. Tried many times (good wifi connection). Ultimately hadto delete the app and re-install it. Then everything worked again. However, had to download all charts. Connection to the internet was fine. Download from NV of all charts took a long time. A couple of days later, app could not start because there are expired subscriptions. This concerned the subscriptions purchased some days ago. As I am now travelling, this is terrible. I have no charts at all anymore. Everything is blocked. Message sent to helpdesk. Hope this is urgently resolved. NV should understand that people actually rely on their products. They should not suddenly block access, essentially for their own monetary reasons.
Update: this of course happened in the weekend, when their help desk was not manned. Problem resolved on Monday morning. The problem was immediately clear to them and manually resolved on the server side. However, we had no charts during the weekend.
