Why

I downloaded the app on my iPhone 5s but it’s said that it not working on a iPhone 5s

Why!!!!!!!

Hi, thanks for your feedback. PowerDirector iOS is supported on devices running iOS 11.2 or above, excluding iPhone 5s, iPad mini 2, iPad mini 3, and iPad Air. The hardware architecture of the none supported device don't support some important functions of iOS v11.2 hence PowerDirector Mobile can't work on it. You may use the app on a supported device to edit your video.

Great, except for newest update

Hi PowerEditor team,

I love the app. It makes it very easy to create and edit great content. The built-in getty images feature is amazing. But the app has gotten super laggy since the most recent update (the one with the updated timeline interface). I hope you guys can fix it.

Problems editing video

At the moment I am editing a video of approximately 40 min. But after editing the video won’t continue playing. I have to end the editing session, close the app. Start the app again, surge for the spot I want to continue editing. When ready close the app again etc etc. Sinds I can’t continue this project in PowerDirector on the PC I’m stuck with the app. This problem wasn’t there before. What can I do to solve it.

As an initial troubleshooting method, would you mind trying to turn off other apps, reboot the device, and try again?
