Black screen issue

I’ve been having an issue since about two weeks ago. The device I’m writing from is the device I play on; brand new, practically all its storage space still available, and it always has a stable internet connection, so I know the issue can’t be the device. The game itself has always worked just fine up until recently as well, and I’ve been playing for quite some months now.
Since about two weeks ago, when I open the game it first gives me the Netease screen, and then a fully black screen with tiny letters in the left top corner that say something like “Login 60.00 f/s, Render 60.00 f/s” etc. The black screen will proceed to just stay there for hours (I’ve tried) and it will not let me into the game. It’s not crashing, thankfully, but it’s not letting me in either.
I don’t know what could be wrong, I haven’t found anyone with the same issue yet and I haven’t had this issue anywhere else before. I’m hesitant on doing the classic uninstall-reinstall though, as I don’t want to risk losing all the progress I’ve accumulated over months of playing.
Either way, I hope this’ll get a response since I can’t seem to contact customer support either.
Just so you guys know, the game itself is wonderful and I will certainly change my review once this has been resolved. It’s just this issue is being quite a buzzkill.
