- How-To
Look close to Viewfinder to see things bigger while holding your iPhone in Landscape Mode. If this feature troubles you, active Viewfinder Touch Mode via Lab > Settings Icon. That way you can now make the view finder bigger or smaller by tapping. For detail, check out on our SNS which you can easily visit via the button in Settings within the app.

- When HUJI does not work
1. Go to Settings app of your iPhone and scroll down to find HUJI
2. Turn off Camera among the ACCESS permission list for the time being.
3. Run HUJI again. Tap 'Resolve Problems' on the bottom of the Camera Access notice

This new version includes the following updates:

- Adds iPhone XR, iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max support.
- Adds the option to choose 'Current' date when imported from Photos.
- Changes the behavior of Light Effect to continuously on if the Random Light Effect is 'On' when importing pictures from Photos.
- Improves upon the roll film image that appears when taking pictures.
- More Beautiful Light Effects.

Bug fixes!!!

Love the app, but when I import an image, the app starts freezing and twitching when scrolling through the pics. I have to restart the app before continuing. Would be great if this can be fixed, though.

Good, needs some changes

Really like the idea of the app. Simple, back to basic. The effects applied are realistic and not simple filters. It needs a couple of tweaks though.

The contrast after processing is often too high. When taking pictures of things that are not very bright, they often become black after developing. Would like to see an option to alter the contrast!

It would be cool to have multiple cameras to choose from. Each with their own characteristics.

The shutter sound should be the typical disposable camera “click!”

The ability to view photos in landscape mode is missing.

The shutter button is barely visible in bright sunlight. It should have a bright indication.

If you control the viewfinder, you will be able to use the front camera.
How-To : HUJI Cam has a very small camera preview like a real disposable film camera. This tiny, rounded rectangle shaped preview in the corner is called the Viewfinder. To take good pictures, hold your iPhone in Landscape Mode and look inside the viewfinder with one eye just like taking pictures with a real analog film camera. That will make all subjects appear larger. This behavior is not available in Portrait Mode of iPhone device. If you are not happy doing this every time, tap the Settings button (☰) in the top center of the Lab and turn on the Viewfinder Touch Mode. From then, the viewfinder will respond to your tap. On the iPad, you can control the viewfinder by tapping the screen without additional settings. Thank you for using HUJI Cam.
