Terrible Experience

I’m using the iphone 13 with the latest version of IOS, however the game fails to connect me every single time. This issue has been unresolved for a few months now and reinstalling, clearing the cache and restarting my phone doesn’t fix the issue.

I have a solid internet connection, so that’s certainly not the problem. Yet I still get the ‘no wifi’ icon every time and the game will continue doing this in an endless loop.

Thanks for the detailed report Oxffset. The red "no connection" icon will primarily display during an authentication issue with Game Center, resulting in your device trying (and failing) to connect you to a previous network associated with your account.

As Game Center connections can not currently be managed individually on iOS, signing out of Game Center via your Homescreen > Settings menu will skip this step, allowing you to create a new network and connect it to us after the tutorial.
