I don’t think it’s easy to get into a daily routine, but I do know that Miranda’s Essentrics is the workout that’s thoroughly researched and forms the foundation of rebalancing and maintaining a generosity to our physical and mental well-being as human animals designed to move with ease.

Essentrics was the only way to heal my chronic shoulder and knee pain. And continues to be the workout that keeps me energetic, fit and pain free - through my marathon training, pregnancies, child-birth, taking care of the family and having a demanding desk jon.
