Tournament update: We're introducing modifiers that will shake up the Tournament experience! We're also updating the bracket system—instead of having 4 brackets that group players from different Alleys, we now have a bracket for each Alley. This means that your opponents will now be closer to your level than ever before. All these changes go live on May 2, so stay tuned!

Fake matching system
Did you know that the player you were playing against never played in real time?
Here’s the proof.
1. You always get the first or second bowl in an order. The chance is 50% to be the first or the second to bowl but it’s impossible to have it in the order for every match you play.
2. Your opponent never forfeit eventhough the match result is already decided.
3. When you forfeit, the result shows the score of the round that wasn’t even played yet.
It’s the proof you are playing with either AI or recorded play.
Does this matter? Well for me i believe bowling is a mind game and result can change depending on how both players play their game.
What makes this worst is the customer support doesn’t accept it and replied that most of the cases you are matched with real players and recorded play if you are not matched. I just wanted to know whethere there’s any chance that i will be able to play with actual player in realtime.
I’m writing this because i’m very disappointed on how the support lied to me and to let anyone who didn’t know about it that you are fooled. The only thing they care is only cash so just don’t pay for this game.

Hi! Thank you for your feedback. There is no need to use real money if you want to play and win. The result of the match depends on the actions of the players who take part in it. Best regards.
