I like it a lot but there are constant server crashes, the wifi at home is great just the servers are a bit wonky

As of today, can’t connect with server, missing my daily things because of it, fix it please. Deleted, reinstalled. Nothing works.

I love this game everyday i play ..ofcorse whole world play this game ist not easy for this app update and restore .my question is i openend chast and i did wana choose sword it was max 50 .i choosed for rukia but he bot zelf choosed for ohter player ...! Can some help fix this
