Hello Ralf, thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble. Can you please try clearing your cache? Go to your phone settings, scroll down towards the bottom to Bandsintown, scroll down to "Factory Defaults", toggle ON the switches for "Force Log Out", "Internal Database", and "Image Cache". If you are still having trouble after this can you please email us at support@bandsintown.com? Thanks.
