The worst app to exist!
The app was okay at first but after sending my fifth package to a customer i was robbed of the package. I dropped it off like usual, making sure to use the correct shipping label, but this time there was no confirmation message or tracking info sent.
It was strange but i waited a couple days before calling the shipping service. They were pleasant and told me to speak to Vinted directly about this.
When i spoke to Vinted, they tried to convince me i never sent the package and were being completely rude to me. I even told them i went back to the shop where i dropped of the package, and that the lady confirmed it was sent. I didn't recieve any refund or compensation after i was straight up robbed of the jacket i sent. I sold it for 20 Euros just to have to go through all of this and not get my money in the end. This is by far the rudest support i have ever had and they kept telling me there was nothing to be done.
The worst app ever, never using it again!
