Fijne app heel overzichtelijk maar kan nog beter op een paar punten hier doen ze helaas niets aan bijvoorbeeld dag resultaten zat er vroeger wel in of een notitie veld waar je zelf iets bij je positiekan schrijven zoals bij de concurrent

Bij het openen van een grafiek moet ik eerst sluiten om de tweede keer wél de grafiek te kunnen zien. Dit op een iPhone, iPad of pc

Er lijkt een wijziging in de kosten bij plaatsing orders. Ik kan niet vinden hoe dat werkt.

The app has amazing functionality. However, it is hard to use it. Since a few months, the candle bar graphs dont work as smooth anymore as they used to. Every update the problem persosts. The menu has aways been terrible to use. The chat / support is poor. Only reason to have the app is that saxo has a very good price to value ratio.

Te vaak storing in de app al maanden bv als je intraday daggrafiek wilt zien dat je eerst op de week moet klikken. Dan weer op de dag. Daggrafiek blijft draaien

Saxo has a 15 min delay in updating prices. For a trader this is terrible lag and at the market open you cannot make any trades as you have no idea what the current options price is.

This stock broker seems to focus only on getting to all of your financial information, therewith not holding up to fiduciary duties.
If you have other brokers in your country choose this option and not saxo. i am not yet assured about their 49/50% ownership of geely, thus information leaks to china. The app is a bare minimum, i was able to do transactions through the app when needed. They bought a lot of companies in several countries, the thing that suffered most was customer service. Very difficult to reach (also through the app)

Ik vind de app onhandig. Maar met name het support gedeelte. Trading en portefeuille is okay.

Having been put through a KYC process that is lasting more than 6 months and still on going. Out of proportion, poor follow up, lack of expertise.

Ik was ook ooit een gebruiker die geforceerd was om van Binck naar Saxo te gaan. De negatieve reacties die je hier tussen ziet zullen voornamelijk daar over gaan. Tegenwoordig is de app echt een stuk verbeterd. Ik kan iedereen die wilt beleggen deze app aanraden.

Prima portal. Ik kan er prima mee werken en krijg prompt uitgevoerde transacties door.

Ik heb de vraag beantwoord die al meer dan twee weken in behandeling is! Dat kan niet.

Saxo heeft een goede overzichtelijke en fijne site maar weergave van grafieken, rendement regelmatig onjuist. Ook AutoInvest erg fijn alleen helaas niet op alfabet. Erg jammer.

This clearly needs a modern remake. Saxo will lose many customers if this isn’t resolved quickly. Delete all code, start over. I’d love to help btw.

Zwakke communicatie. Eindeloos gezeur over info. Dit heb ik op geen enkele andere app. Geen excuses, ondanks fouten. Zou netjes zijn
Overweeg om naar Lynx over te stappen

Mijn rekening wordt onnodig lang en onnodig geblokkeerd. Saxo claimt binnen 5 werkdagen te reageren, maar inmiddels is het al 10 dagen en geen uitzicht op een einde. Ik kan niet handelen, ondanks meerdere escalatie via de helpdesk. Ongelooflijke slechte dienstverlening en geen begrip voor de klant.
