Still can’t add bookings to calendar
MeerA few weeks ago bookings stopped showing in my calendar. I installed the new update and it still doesn’t work. I tried adding an existing booking and OneFit prompted me to give it access to my calendar. Which I have - but only partly. OneFit only has access to add bookings to my calendar, but not full access. It seems the app is reading this partial access as no access. Not sure why this only started being a problem recently? It worked fine until a few weeks ago. I emailed them as well and it’s not clear why full access is required all of a sudden.

MeerI upgraded my subscription, but I had to wait 4 weeks before I can take more lessons. They even charged me the full amount before I was able to book lessons. This is terrible service, upgrading should never never never be this difficult.

MeerSinds de laatste update worden de workouts niet meer gesynchroniseerd met Google agenda en is de app in het Engels, jammer dat dit niet meer in de instellingen aangepast kan worden.

MeerI highly recommend OneFit. However a great addition would be to develop an iWatch app, so you can do the checkin from your iWatch.

MeerTerrible user experience, cannot even find easily how many credits you have left, complicated menus and no good overview or search function for workouts. You cannot book more than twice a gym in a month (with basic plan). The credits do not roll over to the next month if you have not used them all: that’s all possible on ClassPass before, it’s light years ahead.
Then on my last week before the credits expired, I could not book anything because their booking system was not functioning with a gym I wanted to train at, in the end couldn’t even go for the class that I wanted.
After reaching out via email 2 times without answer and calling them, the only response I got was “will be solved soon, we will contact you back in a few hours”, never ever got a response back.
Bottom line: horrible app and I would not be surprised that it will go bust soon with that kind of a terrible product and customer “support”.

MeerThis app is terrible, payments won’t work keeps getting stuck on pending while I’ve tried two different credit cards, and multiple times transferred 1 cent from my bank account.

MeerLove the app in general, hate the check in feature. You have to check yourself in manually through the app before a class starts. If you forget you’ll get a no-show fee even if you’ve attended, and you need to email with customer support to get it reversed.
Classpass checks you in automatically when you’re checked in at the studio, which is much nicer. (But they’re also way more expensive so there’s that).

MeerI use it as a company benefit, but NOT happy with the terms of the app. the so called “no show” fees are too restrictive, since you can only cancel 8-12hours in advance or you’re charged 10€ every time. I wish life was as black and white as this, but it is not and it needs to be more flexible.
The check-in system is too harsh on the users and there are better ways of doing it (I was a user of Urban in Spain and that was way better).
Also don’t understand the limit on 4x per location monthly. Why the limitation? If you like a couple of spots to go regularly and they fit your location, you should be able to repeat as you want! Such a weird limit & policy.1door Usu*******14/02/2023Altijd telefoon nodig en dubbele locaties

MeerThere is a bug in the new update. I cannot book a class at a gym because it keeps gives me an error and then it would say “canceled booking”, when its not even booked.

MeerEven though you pay for a certain amount of classes per month, if you accidentally miss one they charge you 10 euro, on top of the 6,50 euro per class you pay anyway. So one fit is definitely not the way to go if you have a schedule that could change last minute.

MeerAll these starts are fake reviews. See the actual reviews by using filter ( most recent ).
I noticed OneFit is more expensive than actual class. Most studiOS offer one free trial class but OneFit will charge you one session even it’s free from the studio.
Secondly I did checked in but I got charged 10euros for missed checked in. Worst of all, I paid that but still my account is blocked because it’s still showing I haven’t paid.
And thirdly, 65 euros a month is false advertisement. They charged you every 18 days. So it’s 150 euros in one and half a month. Go to ClassPass, it’s not the best but still better and cheaper than OneFit.1door Zac*******28/07/2022The enemy of customer service - do not use
MeerI did a trial for 7 days and right after I canceled my trial. After 5 months I noticed that they have been taking money from my account. Several attempts with their customer service led to nothing. Now I am initiating a legal case against them. Do not use.

MeerThis app used to be pretty great: the possibility of classes in different gyms and different cities was really great for me. And if something went wrong you could easily contact them to solve it. Nowadays, the costs have increased and the service has strongly decreased. Also the communication on changes one you have booked a class is simply not existing, leading you to miss classes because of changes in times and locaties, or ending up in a class you did not orginally book. And when you need to reach them, the only option is an online form, whereas you used to be able to make direct contact via phone or email. As you can see I have gone from being a super happy costumer for many many years, to being disappointed time and again and seriously considering ending my contract now. Think twice!
