You can download the app but can not do anything because of the country , can’t add people because it says can’t find the person . The app became so bad because many friends are Thai

It is a great platform, however it keeps banning my account for no reason, hence the review.

Not only can you not login or create an account with your phone number in europe, if you want to log in with your apple account you need to verify account transfer, meaning you need a second device logged into line to verify. how are you suppose to do that when you cant even login in the first place?

I didn’t know I had to transfer my account to a new phone on buying a new one. Now I’m completely locked out and unable to login. I contacted support several times, but they don’t respond.

Cheap app without support. If there is a problem with your account there is no help.

Does not let you create an account. Only possible with Apple ID which doesnt work.

Old phone got stolen, app is making it impossible to transfer old account to new phone. Had to delete old account to create a new one. Chats gone, contacts gone. Now I can’t add a phone number to the new account because “the region doesn’t allow it” (I’m in Europe). They’re making it unnecessarily difficult to use, not considering user-friendliness at all.

Just downloaded this app and chatted + called with someone. The filters are really funny when youre calling and the emojis are really cute when texting someone else. Sadly most things (like other emojis and the background for chats) cost coins which you have to buy with actual money. Other than that the whole app is pretty simple in my opinion and it's a fun little app (coming from someone from the Netherlands)

When you get a new phone it’s literally impossible to transfer you line account to the new phone OR make a new account. Fix your ****!

WAY too many commercial messages from LINE. I bet this is one of those companies that has grown into a monstrosity. It always shows.
1. Too many commercial messages
2. These come in several different ‘push’ accounts, clogging up your chat screen
3. UI lag, unresponsive
4. Dirty way of quickly popping up commercial messages; try closing them and… oops! It opens a webpage of the linked commercial product. Awful!
5. The number of these per day has INCREASED considerably
6. They also come very late at night, 11 pm — used to be 10 pm. Getting worse.
FILTHY app & corporation. One star for them, and a big fat middle finger!

I had Line a long time ago. I still have the same telephone number but another email adres. When I follow the “help” steps as described the login codes are sent to Line, what I cannot enter, or to my old email address. I have tried several different ways but nothing works. I also cannot make a new account because Line knows my telephone number. What a very bad program, and I am not the only one who is complaining. Please improve so we have an alternative for WhatsApp!

Some how I can’t retrieve my data and there is no way to gain em back and there is also no support to this matter. A lot of people having this problem but Line doesn’t support.

How this app expect me to enter code while I still in log in page very bad system

Just a easy and good message app. Like WhatsApp. Use it since 2018 en never had a problem with it. Keep up the good work. Peace

App stopped working, uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Can’t login or sign up button doesn’t do anything.

I have iPhone 14 Pro, my wife has iPhone 13. Both our line cannot send messages after updating to the latest version. PLEASE FIX THE BUG ASAP!

Latest update broke my LINE to where I could only receive messages and not send any. Tried deleting the app and redownloading it but now can’t even login

4 years later but the problem of the not received code is still there. I can't change my (Dutch) phone number, nor transfer to a new device. Fix it please!
