Money bug
MeerIt’s a really fun thing to do, but I was riding with a group ride and when I checked my bank 18 euros was missing for the temp hold and I never got it back. So please return my money and fix this bug

MeerHad to end my ride near the arc de triomphe, app wouldn’t let me end even after trying 4 different parking spots with available slots ended up missing my tour bus. Have also encountered multiple other times where the gps would not match with the spot of the parking spot. Sometimes this doesn’t occur though.
A great way to allow users to end would be tracking the users movement and forcing him or her to scan the other bicycles next to him if this happens this is a fairly safe way to circumvent lack of tracking precision.2door Wes*****29/08/2023Horrific support
MeerI had a bug with the scooter app where I tried to scan a scooter but someone else had reserved it so it didn’t unlock. I then unlocked another scooter and took it to my destination upon finding my scooter id did not match the one on the app map. Nor would it let me end that journey from my app. So I had to go back to the start of my trip where I was able to end the journey of the scooter which had been reserved but I never unlocked.
Now i try to get a refund for the trip from customer service.
I have a contact with someone who checked my journey and account the first email no problem but despite this says that they cannot find my account email the day later three more times - despite me sharing each time. I even shared a screenshot. Then they keep asking for my PayPal details and transaction date which I’ve already sent and pointed to in several emails. MeerWil ik weer een step pakken, vraagt hij opnieuw om mijn paspoort of rijbewijs. Niet bij me. Thuis aangekomen denk ik: ik zet het er nu in. Kan dat niet en moet ik eerst weer een step vinden om me te kunnen identificeren :(

MeerEvery bike I try to ride is broken, they never work and even when they don’t work they keep charging the whole amount. I also had one that would not allow me to park the bike even when I was in a parking area, then I got a “fine” cause I didn’t park correct even tho I did!

MeerJust terrible. I used it for 5 minutes, but then I had to drive another 15 minutes to find a parking place that wasn’t “full”. All the parking spots had plenty of space. Finally I had to walk 1 km back, where the initial drive was just 250m. And of course I got charged for the entire trip. Worst experience ever.

MeerBecause this app is a joke. They try to make some extra profit. I have an iPhone 13, which is fast. I can open a big game or start to stream a movie earlier than open this app and when i hit the stop button at the end of my trip, the counter still counting for 3-4-5 seconds. Long story short, if i want to stop my trip, it costs me 12 seconds at least. It was 3 seconds 2-3 months ago and before that. Its so annoying.

MeerApp doesn’t work. I paid €16,99 for a 100 minute trip, however the e-step is blocked from being used by the app. PayPal has magically disappeared too, seems like the app is bugged.

MeerDid a group ride with two e-bikes. I bought a ride pass. At the end of the ride I see with a detailed receipt one bike paid an amount around three times as much as the bike with the ride pass. I was assuming the pas was for all rides. At least that was my intention

MeerVoor het eerst in Malaga uitgeprobeerd met 1 maand proef. Na 300 meter reed de step niet meer. Geprobeerd met de Ap assistent op te roepen. Echter geen reactie. Lopend de step terug gebracht. Krijg ik een rekening van ruim €5. Klacht ingediend echter tot op heden geen reactie. Abonnement proef meteen opgezegd. Krijg ik na 1 maand melding dat mijn mijn abonnement wordt verlengd? Nu alsnog maar eer proberen op te zeggen. Waardeloze Ap en organisatie die niets laat horen als je problemen krijgt

MeerGot absolutely scammed, paid for a 1hr ride pass but the ride still got charged as normal. I put 2 people in my group ride and it immediately charged 11 euro per person without asking me.

MeerIt tells you you cannot park somewhere even if you are right on the parking spot for them, and continues to charge you there. There doesn’t seem to be a way to reach them when you have this issue. It also doesn’t show me where I am allowed to park in the map. This makes it impossible to use the devices in practice until these issues are resolved
