As a payment service it's just mor headache. I wanted to return items. They were very small amounts so shop said, you can keep it, we'll refund. Klarna says provide return tracking number to get it processed. I don't have any. Through support you end up with a useless bot that doesn't do anything and Klarna at the same time keeps sending reminders and final warnings. I'll never use it again. It just a layer of headache and micro management. I honestly don't see the point other than for people with credit issues. I'll just pay the amount and never use klarna again.
And through the app I can't even use ideal to make this payment. Only have connect bank option to give one year of access to my bank account. Crazy. Who'd do that? Avoid this app!
