MeerMijn advies aan de ontwikkelaars is dat ze bij de kritieke meldingen een speciale toon aanpassen.
Wanneer we een melding krijgen moeten we weten dat er een kritieke melding is van de iRisco-app.
De standaard huidige berichtgeving van iRisco is met de “3 toon” van iPhone zelf. Dat is met meerdere applicaties het zelfde. Ik zelf keek niet snel naar mijn telefoon omdat ik dacht dat het een normale bericht was terwijl het om een kritieke melding gaat…

MeerTegenwoordig is ook deze app een abonnement geworden. Was al 4 jaar gratis en zat gewoon bij de aanschaf van het (prijzige) alarmsysteem. Op zich vind ik het helemaal niet erg om jaarlijks te betalen, maar er is geen enkele functie bij gekomen en regelmatig moet ik 2 x het alarm ver/ontgrendelen voordat deze het doet.
Betalen dus prima, maar dan wel een goed werkende app die ook af toe eens geüpgrade wordt met nieuwe functies. Bijvoorbeeld gebruikers eenvoudig toevoegen en verwijderen. Dit gaat niet goed en moet regelmatig in de installatie zelf. Of een tijd aangeven wanneer automatisch het alarm erop of eraf gaat. De app staat meer offline dan dat het werkt! Zeker niet aan te raden!
Is er iemand die er verstand van heeft als je nieuwe router hebt , wat je dan moet doen. Aangezien er nu staat in de app Irisco paneel is offline. Wel verbonden met nieuwe router.
Het geluid van de kritieke melding zou best een aanpassing krijgen, het is bij ons een brandalarm in studentenhuis en ik word van de drietoon ( standaard geluid) niet altijd wakker. Een echt alarm zou beter zijn! Het gaat nl. Normaal over een noodsituatie!
