MeerSinds kort is mijn verbinding van het alarm paneel off-line.
Ik krijg nu geen meldingen meer door via mijn telefoon of iPad.
Ik heb alles geprobeerd om te resetten, wat ik altijd deed. Stekker van de modem eruit, na enige tijd weer erin, dan het internet stekkertje even eruit,….en weer terug, maar dit helpt allemaal niet. Vandaag een nieuwe internet kabel geplaatst, ook niet!

MeerMijn advies aan de ontwikkelaars is dat ze bij de kritieke meldingen een speciale toon aanpassen.
Wanneer we een melding krijgen moeten we weten dat er een kritieke melding is van de iRisco-app.
De standaard huidige berichtgeving van iRisco is met de “3 toon” van iPhone zelf. Dat is met meerdere applicaties het zelfde. Ik zelf keek niet snel naar mijn telefoon omdat ik dacht dat het een normale bericht was terwijl het om een kritieke melding gaat…

De app staat meer offline dan dat het werkt! Zeker niet aan te raden!
Is er iemand die er verstand van heeft als je nieuwe router hebt , wat je dan moet doen. Aangezien er nu staat in de app Irisco paneel is offline. Wel verbonden met nieuwe router.
Het geluid van de kritieke melding zou best een aanpassing krijgen, het is bij ons een brandalarm in studentenhuis en ik word van de drietoon ( standaard geluid) niet altijd wakker. Een echt alarm zou beter zijn! Het gaat nl. Normaal over een noodsituatie!
