£49.99 per year (that's less than £4.99 a month)
These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.
Headspace saves your meditation sessions to your Apple Health app.

Nice app
MeerI enjoy the meditations. You also have potcasts and conversations, I don’t use that part of the app much so can’t say much about that. I had some issues with the payment periods via apple. Customer support was super friendly and more than compensated for inconvenience. Anyway I recommend managing subscription directly via headspace online.

MeerI love the structured approach of head-space that gives clear suggestions for daily meditation practice, but offers the freedom to choose whatever you need to settle, focus and relax. Over the time of a year it has profoundly changed how I approach my day. Not spectacularly with a bang, but day by day a bit. I have navigated daily problems more easily, the daily emotions of a relationship remained just that: normal, useful emotions instead of full-blown unnecessary drama. Overall the app helped me to make my life lighter and more fulfilled.

MeerI have used this app for many years on a near-daily basis; it has taught me so much and has saved the quality of my life, with the explanation and voices of both Andy and Eve. In the last few years some changes were made and the new people & voices are not the best in tranquility, way of speaking and maner of bringing the content- but this could be a personal observation since I find the English accent more soothing. New content and areas were introduced to widen the scale of focus I presume. All in all not a negative perspective, but (I assume) since the transition of ownership & the step down of Andy Puddicombe, approx. after COVID, it is transforming itself into a USA focussed, all- over bite-size narrative of “well being”, attempting to adress all kind of social issues, with a disturbing opening screen that tries to gear you into watching content, podcasts, videos, more content etc etc. Instead of teaching you how to learn & maintain meditation as an essential part of your daily routine. It is only because of the still available older content and the daily meditation with Andy that I have renewed my subscription. So a word to the wise, if you are new and wish to learn from the master of modern day meditation: search for the Basics and learn gradually and watch the older animated explanation videos, a route which can take you up to 2 years. After that, keep it for the daily meditation session or guided/ semi-guided, or other specific singles and courses. Or try and find a new teacher and/or app.
