WHEN SHOULD I USE CBT?
CBT can help people with depression by giving you tools to challenge the negative thoughts and override them with more realistic and positive thought processes. CBT is also used to help many more psychological problems. In some cases, other forms of therapy used at the same time may be recommended for best results. Self-Therapy is best for people with mild to moderate mental health problems. If you experience severe anxiety or depression, Bloom can be a great add-on to therapy, however we do recommend speaking with a professional in severe situations.

Good content but bad services
MeerI had been using Bllom for around a year. The content and the app is quite good and interesting. However, I had been facing some app related issues, which I had informed them by email. They had failed to correct it over several months. I cannot login or manage entries. They r also doesn’t care to intimate their customers even after follow ups. I had already paid up for their membership and doesn’t even care to refund. So good content but terrible services.

MeerThis is the app I recommended more than any others to friend and family, however the bugs are starting to become frustrating: the “I also like…” words save incorrectly as the wrong words meaning my check-ins are inaccurate and every time I try to open my entries the app crashes. I will still use it every day but it would be great if you could focus on fixing these small nuances.

MeerI LOVE this app. I’ve been using it for about a month and can honestly say it has helped me make a dramatic improvement in my life. I’m learning to slow down, take a deep breath, and recognize pattens in my thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. This app won’t REPLACE therapy entirely, but if you don’t have access to a therapist, it may really help you stop the bleeding you’re experiencing. My only gripe is that the app is buggy as hell. A lot of my journal entries don’t get saved, and sometimes my personalized reflection paths just…disappear from the Home Screen, which is kind of annoying. I also don’t like that I can’t see stats for more than a week at a time; I’d like to see my daily check in emotion for multiple weeks to see if there is a larger pattern. Beyond these annoyances though, I love this app and feel the price is really fair. I personally find it a better alternative to Headspace because it forces me to think and reflect more than ONLY meditation. Thanks, Bloom. You’ve built something wonderful.
