Air France - Book a flight

I keep having the app refuse to load flights to buy in-app. Or it’s extremely slow. Wish this could be fixed.

The app used to support both landscape and prortrait mode on my iPad. Now it is only portrait mode. This is a bog nuisance.

Boarding pass will not load in apple wallet. Would say this is one of the main features of the app, if basics are not working.
Furthermore app keeps on being loading slow and taking a lot of time before all flight info is available.
Overall not a great experience!

I like the look of the app and it mostly works well. I have one issue where I keep getting logged out and need to sign in every time I open the app

La nouvelle MAJ a rendu l’app encore moins intuitive (et claire)... KLM est passé en dark mode, on a pas le même budget chez AF?

Within the app we get an error for my trips in numbers. Not an important functionality but it is a nice feature. Problem is that we never received any feedback from Air France on the reported error

Sending promotional offers through notification system, against Apple guidelines. Forces me to turn them off, which means I can't get notifications about flight changes anymore either, which made the app so valuable.. I'll switch to another app.

Have on average 5 bookings in my app. Difficult to get a clean overview.
Check in button often missing, not working, poorly visible.
After logging in on KLM app boarding pass is visible in Air France app.
Not stable, interface freezes frequently
Not the quality application one expects in 2019 !

Used to not be able to log into FB anymore and/or logging off all the time. Had to deleted it and downloaded back again. Seemed to have fix the issue. Overall though very good app (when using it with the KLMs one it does offer all the good options).

The app keeps on processing and blocks when requesting booking information. Not useful.

As Gold Elite customer I am very happy with the AF app. I use if often in combination with the KLM app as both have its own advantages. I do see so many improvements in the last years that it has become a very easy and comforting value for me

About time, almost a year after the iPhone X was released, the app was just updated to cover the entire screen. Does what it’s here for, so 5*.

What a shame that months after the release of the iPhone X, the app still doesn’t use the new screen ratio...

First page starts off in french and theres no option to change it. Only if you continue but you have to speak french to change it to english. Too bad guys but this is very typical au revoir air france app

Helaas op mijn nieuwe iPhone met iOS 9 de vernieuwde Air France app gedownload. Had ik achteraf nooit moeten doen. Waar is de mooie en vertrouwde lay out van de Air France app van iOS 7 gebleven met zijn kleine tegel menu.
De nieuwe Air France app in iOS 9 is met zijn drie grote tegels lelijk en onpraktisch. Wat heb ik nu aan drie grote tegels:
Tips, Air France press en add an reservation.
Waarom moet wat mooi en gebruikersvriendelijk is veranderd worden.
Wat erg dat Apple niet de mogelijkheid bied om terug te kunnen naar de vorige Air France app. Deze optie zou Air France en Apple moeten bieden terug kunnen binnen 1 uur. Voor deze vernieuwde Air France app slechts 1 ster en dat is nog te veel. Deze vernieuwde app is Air France is zo lelijk vergeleken met de vorige die zo mooi is qua design en gebruik.

Na inloggen met Flyingblue account blijft de app crashen bij opstarten. Please fix this!

Very usefull and user friendly app. Switched from KLM app to Air France since last update of KLM is very bad and i dont understand why they didnt make a "copy" of the Air France app. Well done Air France and pls talk with the KLM IT guys ;-)

In vergelijking met de app van KLM is de app van Air France veel mooier is zijn uitvoering en gebruik. Veel gebruikersvriendelijker, eenvoudiger en schitterend qua vormgeving.
Zo hoort het en hier kan de KLM veel van leren. Alleen al om kosten te besparen bij KLM, kies voor deze app van Air France.
Zoveel mooier en beter.
