The App has not worked via internet for more than a year. Samsung support indicated that they were working on a solution, but nothing until today. So USELESS app.
iOS 15 issues
This app has become useless.
When you want to connect the units to the wifi the app crashes.
We can’t use the app anymore.
So back to the old fashion way and use the remote control.
I bought this Samsung system because I can keep the house cool remotely.🙈
Samsung please do something about it.

Evert time when i open THE app IT takes way to muts time for a response and find my AC and out of home i must login to my account and then it can not find my AC at al or i must check the main power.redicilus app i buy this system for the remote with phone and controle true the internet and home network but iT works terreble or not at all.,,, Hello Samsung now in the year2020 and how can it be for a company like Samsung to make a good decent working App ,, even on an iPone .Ggrrrrr
