Good game very poor performance

Play this game for the past 3 years but in the past year the performance is awful. Lag is killing all the fun and Ember does not seem to care about. Customer service is nonexistent. Is one of these cases of good product badly managed. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a way to spend time. You’ve been warned.

Was good, now is terrible.

Lag is terrible. To the point where you just drop the game. I used to spend over $1k a month, now I buy the occasional pack once in a blue moon. It’s not worth it. Also, you’ll feel like you’re a slave in this game - constantly need to charge humans, check shields. Cool downs are too long. If you need a small break, you can’t buy 4 hour shields if you ran out of them, which they give once a year. Playing EZ, for most, means your quality life will decline and even a trip to the gym will mean you won’t be at ease. Nameste to all those who have decided to quit and get their lives back. Advise for Ember: make money but take care of your clients by providing more options for them to enjoy free time, when they need a little break. Also, $99.99 for a 30 day shield? Come on...

Awful lag!!!!!

Game used to be fun and fast (4 years ago) now the slowness is even making it impossiblle to attack anyone. Ember doesnot do anything to solve the server issues, sadly as its a nice game if it works......

Verschrikkelijk sloom bij events en aanvallen is zo goed als onmogelijk geworden. Jammer het was een leuk game wat ik al vier jaar speel, maar Ember doet niets met onze suggesties en de server problemen.
Voor starters : NIET aan beginnen, zonde van je tijd!
