Scam money is gone account blocked
MeerBlocked my account randomly for ‘security reasons’ and there seems to be no way to get it back. Also can’t login with the browser because they locked me out of the app.

My experience with Revolut has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite initially being drawn in by their promises of convenient banking services, I quickly found myself facing a myriad of issues.
Firstly, my account was unexpectedly blocked without any clear explanation. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with their customer support team, I received little to no assistance or clarification regarding the reasons for the blockage. The lack of transparency and communication was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling helpless.
Furthermore, even when I did manage to reach a representative, the service provided was subpar at best. Responses were slow and often unhelpful, leaving me with more questions than answers.
Overall, my experience with Revolut has been characterized by poor communication, unexplained account blocks, and inadequate customer service. As a result, I cannot recommend this service to others and will be seeking alternative banking options.1door Ihb**24/04/2024Good online bank

MeerI encountered a problem with the app, related to setting up new daily recurring orders for stocks. When I added a new daily recurring order, it inadvertently removed one of my existing orders that was at the bottom of the order list. I only realized this after setting up several orders. To address this, I re-created the some of the removed daily recurring orders that are most important to me.
However, I've now discovered that these orders weren't actually deleted; they were just invisible and still executable. As a result, I have more daily recurring orders for each stock than my allocated budget can support. Since these orders are invisible, I'm unable to remove them. Additionally, each of these orders is linked to an automatic top-up from my main EUR account, so simply not adding money to my account isn't a solution. Even if I were to add just enough funds, the daily execution limits mean some orders wouldn't be processed, leading to an imbalance in my portfolio's distribution that doesn't align with my goals. Also duplicated repetaded orders alone lead to an imbalance on what I had planned.
To address this, I respectfully requested the Revolut team to manually remove all the invisible recurring buy orders for each stock, except for the latest one I created in my investment account.
I told them that a technical fix to prevent such issues from occurring again would benefit all clients and I know they reported this already. I urgently needed manual intervention to rectify this problem.
They are rejecting to manually remove the invisivle orders. Because they all have auto top up set from my main account, I am not able to use my main account.

MeerPrima kaart als je nooit problemen hebt. Als je dat wel hebt is het bijna onmogelijk om contact met Revolut op te nemen. Behalve de automatische in app “service”.
