We both travel a lot and spent time in different locations; only have phone, tablet and old chromecasts. Yet both of us get told we’re not part of Netflix mysterious household. When asked how to add our devices to this were told we need to update with the app on tv… which we don’t have. Only time was a few years ago in a hotel room in the US… which Netflix decided is our household? Netflix is confused, we need to buy a tv with Netflix apparently, or reset everything whenever we get locked out. Netflix please fix this bug or mess you made… your suggestion to get an account for each device shows how insane you’ve become and you’ve lost touch with your customers judging from comments left. We’re using multiple Wi-Fi locations, travel a lot and can’t use the service we pay for. Copying this before you get apple to remove yet another negative comment
