Words do not fail me often but this time - it did. I messed up my MM order. I called and spoke to Robbin who was very patient to listen to my long explanation. He solved my mistake by giving me a gift. Such a random act of kindness - I did not expect. I thought I needed to return items and reorder. Robbin took customer service to another level. Needless to say as a customer since last year - I was already very content. The ease in which I could garden and my bountiful harvest last year, incentivized me to expand my garden this year.
I am happy that now I can start this growing season with more possibilities; the MM Hero garden table, the MM Airbak and numerous grow bags. My friends and family were impressed last year - this year I will have more to share.
Being new to gardening, the MM system was the perfect solution when I started last year. It was a “one stop shop” for all my gardening needs - the table and bags, soil mix, seeds and accessories. The app was like a “cherry on top” as I did not need to stress about when to plant or how to plant. It is all there and explained in a friendly and simple manner. I love the detailed guidance.
This year there is even an English app which I am using but I still visit the community on the dutch app. I love the new features in the updated app as I can now see, at a glance, the progress of my seeds in my garden via the countdown. I also like the additional progress photos.
Yes - you can tell - I am a very happy gardener. I am very excited to start this season. Makkelijke Moestuin makes it easy for me and the great team makes it a pleasure. Thank you Robbin and all the MM team.
