Paid for the purchase as requested via the link shared by Klarna. After received reminders that I still need to pay same amount. Waited if it’s technical issue that they will solve and meanwhile sent email to their customer service. 2nd reminder came with penalty that I decided to pay and take investigation in parallel. So it’s half a year passed as I paid the purchase twice and didn’t receive my money back. Still sending emails to Klarna, “& Other stories” for support - still case is not closed. So disappointing ((
