Have been using multiple personal HRV tracking apps, with this one being by far the best!
- Provides a great overview, with actionable insights (relating to health and life) presented in an easy-to-comprehend way.
- HRV4Training is as well in constant development, so expect constant new features which really add to the functionality!
- Integrates really well with other services as Strava, TrainingPeaks (although for maximum utility e.g. auto-import of TSS-scores you'll need a premium account from there).
- Great support team: Developers are really knowledgeable on the science behind HRV and really eager on providing support around app. Got very quick responses if I had questions!
All-in-all, a much recommended app, certainly one for daily use!
