The app is fine, the company definitely disappointing.
Their policy about luggage is insane, in some time will charge you even for taking a wallet as a hand luggage.
I definitely recommend going for a different company, will be slightly more expensive but you will be sure to don’t be charged 50€ extra for your bag.
The staff is always very strict and if you insist they even become rude, which is unacceptable from someone working with costumers.
On the flight you’ll have to pay extra even for a glass of water.
Most of the time they have a lot of delays and no-one from this company care of the costumer experience.
On top of this they have a careless costumer service.
The only thing that is “easy” is their name, good luck if you booked a flight with them.
