When I saw the ad on Instagram for this app, with ‘one year for free’, I didn’t expect much. But wow this app proved me wrong! I love many things about this app. The fact that you actually receive one year for free is incredible. I am very thankful.
This is also the first app that actually got me to meditate and feel like I can do it. Just short meditations for like 3 minutes for example. The app does include longer ones. But often I can’t get the concentration for a longer mediation. And now I just do a 3-5 minute meditation each morning and sometimes even more times a day. I tried meditating many, many times before, but I just got very hyperactive and restless. This app changed it for me!
The option to choose a voice for each meditation is a huge plus for me. I love the male voice. I’m glad he talks about ‘your breath’ and not ‘the breath’, it feels more personal for me.
There are courses, singles, and a lot of meditations get adapted to your needs based on your answers. The app has some new and unique meditations including vibrations or visuals (not visualization, but actual visual like a sunset in moving art style) which is perfect for me with my ADHD to pay attention to something extra and different than usual.
The music is relaxing without being sad. The app is very clear and neat!
I do however hope there will be more meditations in the future.
And I’m missing the option to do the vibration meditation in the forest without the vibration. Because I really love the forest walk, but sometimes I don’t want the vibration included.
I am very thankful for this app and hope it will keep growing so that I can keep using it for many years!
