Edit, regarding to your request for a reply:
A public note or reaction, instead of private messages is one of the things you could do better.
Find a different way for login, for example with email, but not only with Facebook. There are a lot of people love playin backgammon, who don’t have social media.
I do understand the reply of many people here who think your software is rigged, because of some weird way of losing the game. If this game is played in real, there is approximately 50% chance for a win, your software makes sure that people at a specific moment in the game lose.
My suggestion for you? Just develop a nice interface, let people play backgammon against eachother, all over the world - without all this coins and stars and option to buy stars and coins - with an easy login, an interface with focus on the game. Then, if you ask 5-10 eu/dollar a year for a subscription, you will have a great community of backgammon lovers all around the world.
