Since Friday (currently Monday) texting with Amex. Every time a different person, every time the same question and the same answers! Amex not reading the long history of text. Extremely frustrating! Also no (!) services minded attitude with Amex. Cannot sent email, cannot send pictures as proof, cannot call towards a Dutch 020 number. I am abroad and on a vessel in the middle of the ocean! Have access to internet and can call through internet, but not to a 020 number! People use amex because they travel a lot, but Amex Doesnot support these people with as No email, No internet calls! And working world wide, only (if access to phone) limited time to call the 020 number! No service at all!
