Actions by Moleskine Studio

Totally useless unfortunately because this App doesn’t sync with Apple Reminders or MS Tasks.
A big pitty and loss of customers.
Please develop this with highest priority!

I use Actions now a couple of months and is Actions app in my opinion too (basic and) expensive if you compare it with OmniFocus or Things or 2Do. It has no application badge and is not connected with Reminder’s app. Import from the Reminders app is manually and it doesn’t sync back the changes to the Reminders app! This app should have been incorporated with the Timepage app. Since the iOS 13x update, Actions keeps crashing. Very often. Don’t know why this is taken so long to solve it. The developer is aware of this. Waste of my year subscription. Good alternatives for the combined apps are Informant 5 (calendar & todo app) with tons of options or Fantastical (no subscription) or Calendar 366 (also no subscription) or Vantage (also no subscription). If you are looking only for a todo app, best options are 2Do, Things, Due and OmniFocus.

I was really excited about using the app as it does look nice and assumed it would work with Apple Reminders… all it does is import them! No sync… Seriously this is the most basic requirement of apps like this, some even sync across multiple apps. I was stunned so did a bit more research and there are more than 1,100 requests over 4 years for this functionality going back to 2018. It’s the most requested feature and all it says is under review. You can do all the cosmetic changes you like but till you integrate the value is limited to people who want to live exclusively in your eco system, huge loss of customers for you. Will cancel my trial… and wait till this basic feature is added then happy to give it another go.

The graphics are very nice. And also the integration with agenda is the reason I got the app. But it really needs to fix some issues if it wants to earn the status of a paid subscription. It has synchronization issues between the agenda and actions app. Also synchronization issues between devices iPad and iPhone. If improvement is taking to long, I will cancel it.

I bought a subscription because this is easily the best looking task app ever. It also works like a charm, except for one near-fatal flaw: it does not sync two-way with apple reminders. This is among the most featured requests of the current users, but there seems to be no progress or even consideration of this issue. I hope it will be on the development track soon, because I find myself using free (!) alternatives that have this basic ability - but not the looks....

That handwriting was possible in this app.
The agenda en actions, both are really greaat apps. A nice addition would be handwwriting (apple pancil)

There is no option to sync with outlook tasks. This makes it impossible to use as a business tool. I uninstalles this app. I do love Timepage, but Actions does not integrate.

Why do I not see the actions on my apple watch as coloured bars matching my list colours? I just see the action cards as plain white text.

I have used many productivity apps in to do format including some of the best rated ones... but Actions by Moleskine is superior to all the ones I have used before! I can also recommend Timepage. Since using both I have not used Apple’s agenda or reminder apps anymore!

Very nice UI, but there's no integration with Apple Reminders which would have made it far more useful and compatible with macOS apps like fantastical for example.

After having tried almost every to-do app, I finally stumbled upon this app. What an pleasant surprise. The gorgeous and soothing design might trick you into believing this is a simple app, but it’s actually a well though-out and powerful app.
Quick to grasp, easy to love. To me, it feels like the ideal cross-over between the equally excellent Things 3 app, my calendars and an oldfashioned notebook.
I love being able to switch between cards and lists. And hop over to another excellent moleskine app: Timepage. Best of both worlds. Thank you!

I so love this app! The UX is so simple and smooth. Every action within the app feels so natural.
Though, I have found one downside of loving this app...I cannot organize my tasks anywhere else! I would prefer to at least be able to add/complete tasks in a browser, or on my mac, or on my iPad, or...When I am in a meeting and I want to quickly add tasks, I have to type everything using my phone. Please release at least something for a normal browser.

I used to be one of those people that thought that writing your agenda down on real paper is the only way to actually feel organised and apps never work.
I’ve been a moleskin fan for over 2 years and I always get their agendas because they are organised the way I want them and I think they look clean. The only problem I had is that I couldn’t take it with me everywhere and the only thing I have with me everywhere is my phone. This app is the best of both worlds in my opinion because it feels exactly like my real life agenda and I can take it everywhere.

Een betaalde to do app die niet eens je herinneringen kan synchroniseren van je iPhone.
Dus werk je met outlook op je werk en heb je je taken met je iPhone gesynchroniseerd, heb je niks aan deze app.

Design and UX are really good, but the lack of desktop/web access is very annoying. Also, it is the slowest app on my phone to load. Hope this gets addressed in future releases.

I’ve got Timepage too, and I absolutely love both of them. They improve my productivity, and the UI is just so clean.
I just wish there will be a desktop version for Mac too.
